In the light of the launch of Nook Comics, Amazon Kindle UK has kicked off a series of very attractive sales on graphic novels.

Mostly licensed books from IDW and Dark Horse, but also Locke & Key, SIn City, Hellboy as well as Rebellion's Judge Dredd… if you have a Kindle and live in the UK, you can save 90% on a whole series of hot books.

Star Trek Vol. 1 and Star Trek The Next Generation/Doctor Who: Assimilation Vol. 1 – down from £13.50 to £1.91, though Star Trek The Next Generation/Doctor Who: Assimilation Vol. 2 is £2.29.

Doctor Who: The Forgotten is down to £1.89 and Star Trek: The Next Generation – Hive down to £1.91.

Locke and Key: Vol. 1 Welcome to Lovecraft smashes down from £14.99 to £1.49, with the other volumes similarly reduced.

But it's Judge Dredd The Complete Case Files 01 topping the charts down from £14.99 to £1.89 with masses of other Dredd reductions.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 8 Volume 1: The Long Way Home is at £2.19, and other volumes (but not all) are similarly priced as are IDW's Angel books.
