Marvel App Goes 99 Cents On Whedon, Bendis, Brubaker, Fraction And More, DC Ditto For Morrison Batman
Until December the 30th, Marvel Comics are running a 99c digital sale on a whole bunch of comics that are in some way relevant to either the X-Men, or the Avengers. Because of this AVX thing. Or AVSX as the logo has it. Or Avengers Versus X-Men as any sane person will pronounce it. Seriously, anyone calls it AVX should get a slap. That includes you, Gillen.
And it's actually some of the more decent Marvel comics as well. Joss Whedon and John Cassaday's Astonishing X-Men, Ed Brubaker and Steve Epting's Captain America, Matt Fraction and Salvador Larroca's Invincible Iron Man, Brian Bendis' New Avengers, Fraction and Coipel's Thor and more…. Here's the list.
- Amazing Spider-Man #546-601
- Astonishing X-Men #1-24 and Astonishing X-Men Giant Size #1
- Captain America #1-24
- Invincible Iron Man #1-24
- New Avengers #1-25
- Thor #1-12, #600-603 and Thor Finale
- Wolverine: Weapon X #1-16
UPDATE: DC are doing similar it seems with Batman, with Grant Morrison's titles as well as the Bane-relevant Knightfall…
