Speculator Corner: First Appearance Of New New Avengers, X-Factor #204

Well now this wasn't announced. There was nothing in the solicitation for X-Factor #204.

But the issue in question features the first appearance of the post-Siege Avengers, at least in their CaptainAmerica/Thor/Iron Man triumverate state.

Okay, admittedly, it's a kind of holodeck/CGI simulation of the team. But still.

Does this count?

More importantly, does this count to collectors?

Considering that Avengers #1 is expected to be a blockbuster comic and that sales on X-Factor aren't exactly stellar, this may well be an underordered comic book.

And we know what happens then, don't we?
