Well Timed Surrogates On The iPhone

sale_tagAs the Bruce Willis-starring movie hits next week, I understand publisher Top Shelf is making The Surrogates comic series available through Apple. A special Surrogates app for the iPhone and iTouch from iVerse Media makes the first two issues of the original comic book for only ninety-nine cents, at which point the remaining three issues can be downloaded for 99 cents each.

Also The Surrogates #1 can be downloaded for free from iTunes.

Top Shelf are also starting a $3 sale graphic novels, using the hype of The Surrogates and the reultant interest to help pay off some printers bills. Not least for all the Surrogates hardcovers they've been printing for the book trade. Anyway, they've got 55 graphic novels for $3 each, 100 marked down in all. And retailers will get a further wholesale discount.  Fill your boots!
