Red Hood: Outlaw #27 Confirms How Dangerous it is to Meet a Gothamite in a Diner (Spoilers)
Diners are currently very dangerous places to be if you are up against a DC Comics superhero. Especially one from the Batman comic books. Heroes In Crisis #1 showed us the damage that Harley Quinn can do with a butter knife even against a heavy armoured foe like Booster Gold…
Nightwing #50 showed us the damage a cup of coffee can do when you've been shot in the head…
And today Red Hood uses a sugar cellar.
The moral of this story? Never go into a diner if anyone from Gotham is hanging around. This is also where Jason Todd learns about what happened with Roy Harper in Heroes In Crisis #1.
Though what happened with Dick Grayson does not get brought up. Whereas Titans #27 goes the other way, with an initial recognition of the death of Roy Harper, that's it for the entire issue, and they are more concerned with the shooting of Dick.
It's almost as if different editorial teams were told different things about what was happening in Heroes In Crisis… and Titans had to rush a Harper-recognition at the last moment… and no one was told that Wally West did alongside Roy Harper…
