If you are looking for something a bit different, look no further than Acrobatica Infiniti: The nerd Circus. Chicago's very own troupe of cosplaying acrobats and performers were in the house at C2E2 this weekend with a show each day. If you missed out on their shows this last weekend in the family HQ, you missed Wonder Woman (Natalie Abell) showing off a balancing act and Superman and Supergirl (David Jeliski and Hannah McGinnis) performing feats of strength and acrobatics among others.

Jason Wasikowski, self-described "Geek behind the curtain", says the troupe's motto is "Real humans with superhuman abilities" and that their goal is to make the characters they portray come alive – all without the need for special effects.

Fortunately, if you are in the Chicago area, C2E2 is not the only place you can see Acrobatica Infiniti. The group does a full performance at 8pm every third Friday of the month at Uptown Underground in Chicago.
