The Image Revolution – A New Comics Documentary From Patrick Meaney

Announced simultaneously at the Image Comics Expo and on Bleeding Cool, the creators of the Grant Morrison and Warren Ellis documentaries have turned their eye to Image Comics – how seven artists left Marvel and founded a comics company that still makes the headlines and innovates in the medium today.

Comics In Focus: The Image Revolution is a look at the origins of the company and the effect it has had on the industry, warts and all, interviewing the key figures along the way.

They are looking for $11,000 funding in Kickstarter in total and have a variety of reward points for anyone who wants in, from copies of the DVD to producer credits.
