Forbidden Planet – one of the biggest comic book store chains, has a fair few comic-related activities coming up across the country.
Saturday March 11th.
John Higgins In Forbidden Planet Liverpool for the launch of his new book Beyond Watchmen & Judge Dredd that ties in with an exhibition of his work at Liverpool university.

Jock signing new exclusive limited Batman Prints at Forbidden Planet in Newcastle, and their 2000AD 40th Anniversary Special Jock exclusive variant.
I used to shop at Forbidden Planet in Newcastle on Grainger Street when I was a student. It has recently reopened eight times bigger than before, as the largest Forbidden Planet outside of London and, like Orbital Comics in London, now with a gallery space, currently displaying classic Brian Bolland 2000AD artwork.
