Nation Of Nerds of North Carolina, Charlotte, who have registered a trademark for Downloadable podcasts in the field of comic books and video games with this logo.
It's the N in the shield that will do it, especially as its a comic book-related project.
Dreampak of Alexandria, Virginia, for registering a trademark for the word FLASH for Chai tea; Coffee-based beverages; Instant tea
And The Flash Energy company of Skokie, Illinois for registering Flash for Energy drinks; non-alcoholic drinks, namely, energy shots as well as using this logo.
With all the trouble Marvel Comics and Monster Energy Drinks had, I hope they settle this one soon.
While on the other side of the USA, Marvel Comics is opposing Khrya Faith Wharton of Bessemer, Alabama, and her attempt to trademark Crown Of Wakanda for advertising services; Business consulting; online retail store services featuring health-promoting hair and beauty products.
Wakanda Forever? Or just until Marvel lawyers get involved.
