Daisy Ridley Does Commentary for THAT Throne Room Scene in 'The Last Jedi'
Daisy Ridley recently sat down for British GQ for a lengthy interview about fame, Star Wars, Star Wars fans, dealing with paparazzi, and so much more. It is a delightful read, except for the parts where she discusses a certain sect of Star Wars fan (you can read that interview here, highly recommend). As part of that interview, Daisy Ridley also sat down for a video where she provides insight and commentary on the famous Throne Room scene in The Last Jedi. Again: awesome stuff. Check that out below:
This is one of, if not the best, staged fight scenes in all of Star Wars. Even those that endlessly criticize the film cannot deny how awesome this was to experience in the theater a couple years ago. From the shock death of Snoke all the way through Kylo asking Rey to join him and extending his hand, there is not a single thing I would change. Kudos to Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver for making this a scene to remember.
