It may be time to put those Quantum and Woody comics up on eBay.

According to a report from sandwich-themed Hollywood gossip blog The Wrap, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Untitled Infinity War Sequel directors Joe and Anthony Russo will produce a Quantum and Woody TV show for Valiant Entertainment when they're done directing the Marvel superhero flicks. Mike Larocca and Valiant's Dinesh Shamdasani will also produce a script from Ant-Man's Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari, who will also produce.

The Russo Bros were previously rumored as potential directors for Valiant's X-O Manowar movie, and it's unclear how this might affect that. Additionally, there's no word on a Quantum and Woody release date, network, or stars, or even any official confirmation on this report at all. Still, if true, however, it's great news that will lend considerable prestige to Valiant's burgeoning live action superhero universe.

Plus, the Emmy nomination process will be fun to watch.

About Jude Terror

A prophecy once said that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero would come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events. Sadly, that prophecy was wrong. Oh, Jude Terror was right. For ten years. About everything. But nobody listened. And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
