"Charmed" Season 2 "Dance Like No One is Witching": How Far Will Macy & Mel Go to Save Harry's Life? [PREVIEW]

Fans of the old Charmed series who never felt "right" giving The CW's take a fair shake should've been thrilled with the finale to the show's first season. Without going into heavy "spoiler territory," let's just say they won't have to worry about Macy (Madeleine Mantock), Mel (Melonie Diaz), Maggie (Sarah Jeffery), and Harry (Rupert Evans) treading on any of the previous series' "sacred ground."

Even better? Fans of the current series can continue enjoying the series without the constant comparisons – and for the show's creators, the sandbox of creative possibilities now knows no bounds. Of course, knowing you've been renewed for a third season definitely helps…

Which leads us to this week's episode "Dance Like No One is Witching", which finds Macy and Mel going to extremes when Harry is struck down by something possibly demonic. Meanwhile, Maggie's heading down to "Nawlins" – we're guessing not for the crawfish and gumbo…

"Charmed" season 2, episode 11 "Dance Like No One is Witching": WORTH THE RISK – When Harry (Rupert Evans) comes down with a mysterious illness, Macy (Madeleine Mantock), Mel (Melonie Diaz) and Abigael (Poppy Drayton) must work together to save his life, and Macy turns to Julian (guest star Eric Balfour) for help. Meanwhile, Jordan (Jordan Donica) and Maggie (Sarah Jeffery) embark on a dangerous mission in New Orleans. Michael Allowitz directed the episode written by Christina Piña and Nicki Renna.

The reboot of the iconic series "Charmed" is back for its second season and the Charmed Ones are thrust into a New World Order unlike anything they've ever imagined. After the tragic loss of their mother in season one, the three sisters came together to discover they are formidable witches, and under the guidance of their White Lighter Harry, the Power of Three successfully stopped the impending apocalypse. But saving the world is a tall order, especially when you're not even sure what your place is in that world and now the whole magical community is looking to you.

Operating within unfamiliar surroundings and working with a newly discovered book of ancient spells, the sisters and Harry must embark on dangerous adventures around the world, testing their powers and their bond.
