Is New Year's Day's Doctor Who Actually Called Resolution Of The Daleks?

There is a naming structure to many Dalek stories in Doctor Who. Blank Of The Daleks. Including:

  • The Power of the Daleks
  • The Evil of the Daleks
  • Day of the Daleks
  • Planet of the Daleks
  • Genesis of the Daleks
  • Destiny of the Daleks
  • Resurrection of the Daleks
  • Revelation of the Daleks
  • Remembrance of the Daleks
  • Evolution of the Daleks
  • Victory of the Daleks
  • Asylum of the Daleks

So, even though the trailer to the New Year's Day episode of Doctor Who, Resolution, doesn't mention or show Daleks at all, it does everything but, talking about the DNA of the most dangerous creature in the universe being discovered on Earth, But then Yaz asked what it's called.

And everyone watching shouts out 'Dalek'. And the Doctor says nothing.

Could that be the actual title then? Resolution Of The Daleks? And if so, could it be not to exterminate anyone anymore? And like all resolutions last for three days?

Three weeks to find out…
