"Creepshow": Shudder's Horror Anthology Reboot Poster Goes Old-School Creepy

AMC Networks' horror-based service Shudder is looking to fill your fall with old-school frights with Creepshow, the premium streamer's horror anthology reboot of the 1982 film of the same name. Executive producer and segment director Greg Nicotero's (The Walking Dead) six-episode series previously revealed info on the 12 segments that will comprise the the first season's run, and now viewers are getting a look at the series's new poster (with some interesting details) – which offers a respectful nod to the look of the original film.

Shudder's Creepshow cast includes David Arquette (Scream, Ready to Rumble), Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galactica, Lucifer), Dana Gould (The Simpsons, Stan Against Evil), Adrienne Barbeau (The Fog, Swamp Thing), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Tobin Bell (Saw franchise), OutKast's Big Boi, Kid Cudi, Jeffrey Combs (Star Trek), Bruce Davison (X-Men), DJ Qualls (The Man in the High Castle), and more.

"Part of what makes Creepshow fun is getting a chance to work with some terrific actors who also love the genre. It adds that level of excitement when we get to share our collective love for horror in this fashion. David and I have worked together before and Dana Gould might be my equal in terms of all things horror. Then bring Tricia into the mix and Creepshow just shines. Getting to watch her exude power, grace and intensity in a story I wrote can't be matched."

– Greg Nicotero
