The Insanely Big After-Party List of New York Comic Con 2019 #NYCC (UPDATE)

Here's a first stab at a New York Comic-Con Party list for 2019. If you want your event listed, please do get in touch. We run details of both open and private events so that everyone can get a diary for what happens when the convention stops and spreads out across Manhattan… remember, it's not just about Thursday at NYCC – even though a lot of it is.

We added five more events… 

Tuesday 1st October

The OFFICIAL Pre-New York Comic Con (NYCC) Party for SOPRANOSCON. SopranosCon is a Sopranos-themed fan convention taking place at the Meadowlands on November 23-24. The official Pre-New York Comic Con (NYCC) party for SopranosCon will feature stars of "The Sopranos" and many more celebrities from the world of television, film, and music in attendance. Red carpet begins at 4:30pm, doors open at 6pm. RSVP.

Wednesday 2nd October

LEVEL UP: The Pop Insider's NYCC Kick-Off Party, Rooftop of Yotel New York, 570 10th Ave, 21+. $35, 7-10pm.

DC Comics Celebration. Invite only for DC Comics creators.

Spoons, Toons & Booze, giant menu of superhero themed cartoon episodes from the 1940s to the early 2000s, cosplay wins NYCC passes, all you can eat cereal bar, specialty cereal-infused cocktails and Cereal Shots, shots of bourbon cream or coffee liqueurs. Thursday 3rd October

Karaoke Kickoff: Anime Fest at NYCC 2019. Japanese Idol Group Dear Kiss will also perform a special set during the night. Cosplay is encouraged, but not required. All ages welcome. Hudson Mercantile, 500 West 36th Street 7-11pm. $10.

SCAD New York Comic Con 2019 Alumni Networking Event, The New York Beer Company, 321 W. 44th Street, 7-9pm.

Funimation + One Piece Experience at Lightbox. Free, open-to-the-public multi-sensory experience celebrating anime with fans. Lightbox, 248 West 37th Street, 8pm-Midnight.

QXT's Open Mic Presents: Cosplay Dance Party, QXT's (Official) 248 Mulberry St, Newark, NJ. $10 for 2. $15 for 1.

COLLECTOR WORLD ORDER NYCC MEET UP, Catered event, with beverages, reserved game area with oversized board games. Mega raffles, door prizes and swag bags, 550 9th Ave, 8.30-11pm. $40.

Wendy's Presents 'Heroes After Dark'. A featured DJ set by Chromeo, and music by DJ Elliot. An Evening in the Pensieve, is a progressive dance party in honor of Mugglenet's 20th anniversary. We will kick off the night with the hottest jams from the year of our founding, progress through the 2000s and 2010s, and close out with the chart-toppers of today.
