Scratching that Dark Souls Itch with Sinner from Another Indie
If you've been looking for something that plays like Dark Souls but isn't as long and drawn out, we may have a game that could act as comfort food as we tried out Sinner: Road to Redemption, developed by Dark Star and being published by Another Indie, out on the PAX East floor.
This is Not the Job We Signed Up For in Yuppie Psycho
One of the funnier games that caught our eyes over at PAX East was a title from Another Indie called Yuppie Psycho, which has a very futuristic horror blend in a 16-bit world that made us excited to play the entire demo.
Exploring the Construction Simulator that is Pretz'l Land
The other fun little indie title we got to check out from EuroVideo at PAX East this year was a construction simulator called Pretz'l Land. The game focuses on bits of German culture in a fun animated way, taking place in the Alps where players can build country villages to their liking.

One of the developers we got to visit with over at PAX East was the crew from EuroVideo, who produce a lot of indie titles that may not be on the top of your lists right now, but they make some really fun and interesting titles, like Fox & Forests.

Some cool news from Atlus today as we now know when we'll be seeing Etrian Odyssey X be released for Nintendo 3DS. After posting a teaser for the game last week, this week we get a full announcement that the game will be released in Japan on August 2nd.

Today, Niantic put the word out that the Kanto event has officially launched on Pokémon GO in the United States after details of the event started coming out in Japan and eventually made their way here with fans wondering why we weren't in on the action yet.
