8 Issues In, Lin Lie Finally Gets the Hang of this Thing in Sword Master #8 [Preview]

Sword Master #8 is in stores from Marvel Comics this week, by Shuizhu and Gunji, adapted by Amy Chu, and it looks like things may be finally turning around for ol' Lin Lie.

Sword Master #8 [Preview]

For most of the series, the title Sword Master has been a bit ironic, as hero Lin Lie has been unsure of himself and certainly a master of nothing.

Apparently Ji Shuangshuang has gotten a bit sick of this too, and she's decided to try the old "toss him off a building and hope he figures it out" approach to teaching.

About Jude Terror

A prophecy says that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero will come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Scourge of Rich Johnston, maker of puns, and seeker of the Snyder Cut, Jude Terror, sadly, is not the hero comics needs right now... but he's the one the industry deserves.
