A Preview of X-O Manowar #23 for You to Jump On

In an effort to convince new readers to "jump on" to X-O Manowar, Valiant has released a preview of the upcoming X-O Manowar #23, touted as "the start of a brand-new story arc and new jumping-on point, "HERO," for Eisner-nominated writer Matt Kindt's sci-fi magnum opus – one that will mark the long-awaited return of superstar artist Tomás Giorello, who illustrated Kindt's first arc on the series, SOLDIER, when it launched last year!"

What is a "jumping on point," you ask? Well, you know how some people like to stab comics with hunting knives on YouTube videos? That can serious damage your comic's value, so a better way to handle it if you dislike a comic is to jump on it instead. Sure, that would be a bad idea if you had one of Valiant's ultra-rare glass variants, but a regular paper comic can handle it just fine, expecially if it's been bagged and boarded. Go ahead and try it. What's the worst that could happen?
