Generations: Captain Marvel And Captain Mar-Vell Goes To Second Print A Week Before Publication
As with every other issue of the Generations series from Marvel Comics, so far the Generations: Captain Marvel and Captain Mar-Vell issue published next week has already sold out at the distributor level and gone to a second print.
The second printing using a recoloured livery of the original cover by David Nakayama will be published on October 11th. There may be more to come, but that's all we can be sure of so far.
Written by Margaret Stohl and drawn by Brent Schoonover, the issue sees the modern-day Captain Marvel given "an experience" by Kobik from Secret Empire. She's sent across time to meet an original version of the one who used the name she has taken on as legacy, along with a number of other characters. Though rather than time travel, the events don't actually occur — but the visions heavily impact the character who experiences them. Whether they'll get a flute to play at the end of it, I don't know.
And hey, of course Kobik can create a sentient Logan to narrate his experience with X-23. It's a cosmic cube, after all!
