Gus Fink's Boogilyheads #1 Hits $20 on eBay – But Still Available From Diamond

Last week saw the release of Gus Fink's Boogilyheads from Devil's Due Publishing. Written by Gus Fink and drawn by Laura Pendl, interest has been driven in it due to Fink's Instagram profile, where he draws rather disturbed versions of favourite characters, with some bizzarrely creepily smiles. And the comic book continues that sense of disturbance. You can see him flick through a copy on his feed right here, where he is selling a signed set of both covers for $16.

And there has been a bit of an after-market reaction – something Devil's Due are getting used to after what happened to theor AOC comic book in recent weeks. Gus Finks' own variant cover now sells for up to $20 unsigned on its own on eBay, with the standard cover for $5.

It may be worth knowing that the comic is still available for comic book retailers for the standard discunt through Diamond Comic Distributors. And retailers get the Gus Fink variant for free with every two orders of the standard cover. So pay for two copies, get three comics, with one the $20 variant. I am told there are copies available right now…but that may change as soon as this Bleeding Cool article goes live, of course. Let's see how long it takes to go out of print from Diamond…
