Hotline Miami Comic Launches in Behemoth September 2020 Solicitations

In September, Behemoth Comics is launching the comic book series, Hotline Miami: Wildlife #1 in print, based on the hit indie video game franchise, Hotline Miami. Hotline has a reputation of being one of the better indie games of all-time.

For the variant Hotline #1 "Banned in Russia" variant cover with the Russian text, the creative team has a story behind it. "I just really liked the work the Russian pirates did when they stole the digital version of Hotline Miami: Wildlife #1 and illegally translated it to Russian without permission and I also liked the idea of "stealing" something back from the pirates". Basically, the publisher stole the pirate logo placed on the comic, and applied it to their new cover.
