Lawsuit Against Wally Wood's Wife By Director Of Wally Wood Estate, Dismissed

tumblr_mavz863Zwt1r93mfqo1_1280David Spurlock, the appointed director of the Wally Wood estate has had his lawsuit brought against the former wife of the late Wally Wood, dismissed.

Manhattan Federal Court Judge Laura Taylor Swain stated that this was because Spurlock had waited too long to sue the colourist Tatjana Wood for the original artwork that Spurlock claimed was his.

Worth up to $35,000, it was stated that Spurlock knew that Tatjana received about 200 pages of original Daredevil pages in back 2005, but he didn't launch legal proceedings until 2014.

Spurlock, who has been a figure of controversy of late, is likely to appeal
