Looks Like Howard The Duck Is Returning To Comics Next Year

tomWell, there was that scene in Guardians Of The Galaxy. Not just at the end either, eagle eyes spotted him as a whit and yellow background blur earlier in the film.

At the Marvel Comics panel, where Bleeding Cool EIC Hannah Means-Shannon is liveblogging up a storm, Marvel's Tom Brevoort replied to a fan's question about more Howard The Duck comics as a result of the movie, with a "wouldn't be surprised" and "watch the skies" which is as close to a confirmation as you'll ever get from Tom.

As for Brevoort's comments on Elektra's rumoured cancellation that not everything you read on Bleeding Cool is true, well a) obviously and b) Marvel did ask us to hold off on running that story for a couple of days, in order that they could inform all the creative team so they wouldn't have to read it first on Bleeding Cool.

Just saying.
