Marvel Announces Kate Bishop To Share The Lead In New Hawkeye By Jeff Lemire And Ramon Perez

Hawkeye-1-Ramon-Perez-c5b04One of the stories coming out of the Axel In Charge panel is what's going to happen to Hawkeye post Matt Fraction and David Aja. The series is going to shift to the very capable hands of Jeff Lemire and Ramon Perez. The book will relaunch with a new #1 in spring of 2015.

The big change will be the two Hawkeyes leading the book, both Clint Barton and Kate Bishop will be co-leads on the series and there will be a focus on the relationship between the two.

Lemire seems to be quite attached to archers of late as he has just concluded a celebrated run on Green Arrow for DC and now his first work for Marvel is another bowmen… and woman.
