With my best powers of deduction, that's a new creator-owned series by Scott Snyder and Francesco Francavilla, to be published by Image Comics with the initials N.O.T.G. It also may be the first of the slate of creator-owned titles he's been mentioning. And they have worked before on Detective Comics and Swamp Thing…

Nanites Of The Galaxy? Very small cosmic superheroes?
