Part two of the prelude to the Death Of Spider-Man. But you see, it's part two of a prelude… and last issue had nothing to do with the death of Spider-Man, this one had nothing to do with the Death of Spider-Man, they are in fact such prelude's that thinking anything in this issue relates to the upcoming Death of Spider-Man is a misnomer, because other than it having Spider-Man in it, and being BEFORE the Death, are the only qualifiers for being a prelude, then I have about 20 volumes of Ultimate Spider-Man that are "preludes" to the Death of Spider-Man.

P.S. What was up with Ultimate Avengers vs. New Ultimates? Spider-Man wasn't even in it! What does it have to do with the Death of Spider-Man!?
