Jean-Yves Ferri Named As New Writer Of Asterix

There had been plenty of speculation. Albert Udozo had even named Christopher Arleston as his succesor on the book.

But today, Belgian humour writer Jean-Yves Ferri was named the new, third writer of Asterix, after his original writer Goscinny and when artist Uderzo wrote the comic.

Frederick Mebarki will be providing the art.

Asterix is one of the best selling comics in the world.
