As a Little Bleeder put it to me;

X-Men Second Coming under a tenner. That makes three Uncanny X-Men collections in a row that I've bought off Amazon below markup in oversized hardback format no less. Utopia: £13.29, Nation X: £7.09, Second Coming: £9.89.

It does seem a peculiar twist. For some reason Amazon UK has been listing oversized X-Men hardcover volumes in advance at below or at the price that Amazon UK will pay for them. Add in free shipping and something is going very odd somewhere. Certainly Amazon.com comes nowhere close to matching these prices and thay don't have to include the cost of international distribution.

Bleeding Cool has previously reported on these kind of price points for our readers who seem to have responded eagerly. Indeed a number of retailers have chosen this route, as the price is less than they pay Diamond UK. And before publication, the price rises significantly. This is not a glitch, this is repeated planned behaviour. Could this be a pattern of someone entering the wrong information for these kind of titles again and again?

I can't work out the logic. Can you?
