I was distracted by WonderCon and MoCCA? Well, think on.

Place? Lakeside Center, Chicago.

Exhibitors? 200 including Marvel, DC, Dark Horse and Avatar.

Artists in Artists Alley? 250.

Size of DC and Marvel booths? Largest outside of NYCC or SDCC.

Keynote Guest of Honour? 1 (Alex Ross)

Guests Of Honour? 46 (including Neil Gaiman, Chris Ware, Paul Levitz, James Robinson, Gail Simone and Jim Lee)

Although may they be bothered by retailers who attend the Wednesday Retailer summit gaining complimetary professional access? Yes.

If there Wi-Fi? Yes.

Does it cost? Oh yes.

How much? $39.95 a day.

That's more than a poloroid with Lou Ferrigno. I know, I know, I know.

What's the weapons policy? Functional firearms (including air soft guns, BB guns, cap guns, paintball guns, and pellet guns), realistic replica firearms (including any reproduction, fake, or toy guns that can be confused for functional firearms), functional projectile weapons (including blow guns, crossbows, long bows, silly string, slingshots, water balloons, and water guns), sharpened metal-bladed weapons (including axes, daggers, hatchets, knives, kunai, shuriken, swords, sword canes, and switch blades), explosives (including firecrackers and fireworks), chemical weapons (including mace and pepper spray), blunt weapons (including brass knuckles, clubs, and nunchaku), hard prop weapons (including props made of metal, fiberglass, and glass) and… whips.
