Saturday Trending Topics: Movie Night At The ConAs expected, Saturday night was indeed largely about the movies at sdcc.  Plenty of Marvel movie news, Man of Steel News, Godzilla, and even Ant Man.  Here's an extended trending topics list from a very busy day:

Surprisingly, the look of Zack Snyder's footage leans on the handheld, intimate look of something like a Bourne movie. Shots tended to focus on details, the camera operator tended to walk behind characters, or hold the shot loose. Snyder has tended towards a very different look before, so I wasn't expecting this at all.

New Iron Man 3 Mark VIII Armour A Surprise Unveiling On The Floor Of Comic-Com 

The gallery of Iron Man suits on the floor of Comic-Con has just been boosted with one more new design. Perhaps we'll see this in action during Marvel's Hall H panel?

Unfolding to Robert Oppenheimer's "I am become death the destroyer of worlds" speech, a surprise, Comic-Con exclusive Godzilla trailer just gave us our first look at the great lizard. And appropriately enough, Godzilla absolutely brought the house down.

He has already written a three part golden age Vigilante backup set in Galveston that Darwyn Cooke was going to draw, but he was taken off the story to work on Before Watchmen. This may well be Cooke's next project following the Minutemen.

The Third Army being teased in the Green Lantern books and making up that rather nice triptych image? According to Geoff Johns at the DC panel at San Diego Comic Con earlier today, in what appeared to be a bit of a slip, it will involve the Fall Of Guy Gardner.
