It ran on Friday night as part of BBC's Children In Need marathon. As well as a skit from Merlin and the first three minutes of the Christmas Doctor Who, we got the Children In Need DVD single. And it's spectacular. A medley arranged by comedian Peter Kay who does the voice of Big Chris in Roary The Racing Car. And basically every major children's stop-frame animation character making an appearance with a bunch of line-drawing, puppet and muppet characters going back fifty years, from Muffin The Mule to Scooby Doo, Teletubbies to Thomas the Tank Engine, Thunderbirds to In The Night Garden, Ben 10 to Fireman Sam. It's su-fucking-perb and my four-year-old Eve has been watching it non-stop.
