Spider-Verse And Saga Top Advance Reorders In Comic Stores
Greetings from the coal face of the direct comics market. Where retailers try to increase their orders of certain comics ahead of sale. Where supply and demand and most accurately reflected, where you can see which books are hot, where new orders are coming in and how retailers are reacting to new, unanticipated desire!
The value of the Saga Deluxe Edition (plugged in today's issue) has pushed it to the top of the advance reorders chart, and very happily it sits too.
But it's the Spider-Verse books that really dominate, the launch of Spider-Woman, and the ongoing issue of Amazing Spider-Man #10 in a variety of variant covers. But Guardians continues to put on sales, and TMNT/Ghostbusters' sellout of issue 1 has really helped lift orders of issue 2 as well.
