Toldja-ish. Todd McFarlane's 1:1000 Variant Cover To Venom #1 (UPDATE)
Okay, so it was more of a guess. But Bleeding Cool was the first to tell you about the secret artist variant cover, available to every store that orders a thousand copies of the new Venom #1.
And, as we guessed, it's by Venom co-creator Todd McFarlane who hasn't contributed to a Marvel comic book since leaving Spider-Man to form Image Comics in the early nineties….
And he still hasn't. This is just some of his earliest work from Amazing Spider-Man recoloured…
