Dead or Alive 6 Receives a Date Change for March 2019

Up until now, we'd been expecting to see Dead or Alive 6 be released in mid-February, but today, Koei Tecmo changed the date on us. The push isn't all that bad as it's only going backward two weeks to March 1st, 2019. The company sent out the quote below to explain the push, which honestly, seems rather reasonable.

"The title's development is already near complete; however, we would like to take more time to further polish its balance, gameplay, and expressivity. In return for your patience, we commit to bringing you the best Dead or Alive gaming experience," said Yohei Shimbori, the game's Producer and Director. "I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the release delay of Dead or Alive 6."

Those hoping to get the game sooner can at least take some solace in the idea that they want to make it better before pushing it out onto the public.
