Bleeding Cool Is Looking To Hire An LA-Based Film Writer

As you may have noticed Bleeding Cool tweeting about occasionally, we've been looking for an experienced film writer who is based in LA to take on either a full-time salary position with us, or a 2/3 time quota-based position.

Some of the qualities we are looking for are:

-Experience writing articles at high volume for breaking news (several articles a day)

-Experience either podcasting or using short video format

-Familiarity with press junkets and press conferences and a willingness to attend them

-Geographical location that's LA-based or LA-adjacent

-Familiarity with comic convention reporting

-Experience working with film and TV studios

-Proficiency interviewing

As mentioned above, the position we are looking to fill would require quite a high volume of writing per day and breaking news reporting, so organizational skills, clear writing style, knowledge of the film industry, and the ability to work quickly are a must.

We are prepared to considered candidates who can demonstrate their experience and abilities from past work. This is not an entry-level position but rather a head writer or lead writer position.
