Supergirl has been recast for the third season of the eponymous CW show.

The CW Finds A New Supergirl

Izabela Vidovic has replaced Malina Weissman as the younger version of Kara for an episode in the show's upcoming third season, according to a report from EW. Weissman is too busy with her role as Violet on Netflix's A Series of Unfortunate Events, so Vidovic will be the new young Kara in a flashback-laden episode titled Midvale, in which Kara and Alex visit their childhood home.

Supergirl returns to television on October 9.
