Supergirl / Flash Crossover – Who Will Be Singing
We know that the Flash and Supergirl are going to crossover again this season in a musical episode. And we know that the villain and likely cause of the singing will be the Music Meister. But that's about all we've known… until now.
The majority of the story will take place in The Flash #317, which is scheduled to air on 3/21/2017. But it will technically kick off the night before on Supergirl #216 in much the same way that Supergirl worked on the big Dominator crossover last year… just a few minutes at the end to get things started.
The Flash episode will be called Duet and will be directed by Dermott Downs.
Now the really interesting part is that it features performances by folks who aren't currently on the Flash. Singing will be Grant Gustin, Melissa Benoist, Jesse L. Martin and Carlos Valdez. Jeremy Jordan from Supergirl, Victor Garber and John Barrowman from Legends of Tomorrow will also perform. David Harewood and Chris Wood will appear but not sing.
And for a bit of speculation… Rick Cosnett, a very good singer as well, recently said he was coming back to the Flash. Could it be for this episode? Maybe Flashpoint turned him into the Music Meister.
