Hearthstone: The Witchwood Archives

Blizzard has announced a number of sweeping changes that will be coming to Hearthstone's Witchwood expansion once the HCT Playoffs are complete. The changes are pretty much all nerfs, with many cards now costing quite a deal more mana, in order to make Witchwood gameplay a bit more even.

Hearthstone's newest expansion The Witchwood brings a whole lot of new content with it, including a brand new monster hunting mode, new cards, and new ways to play the game. And finally we know when it will launch.

One of the new changes coming to Hearthstone in the Witchwood expansion is the Echo. The new keyword has some spooky applications, allowing you to continue to re-use cards as long as you have enough mana.

Hearthstone's first update for Year of the Raven is the Witchwood expansion, which brings two new types of decks to the game. To answer questions about how those two decks will work, Lead Designer Dead Ayala hosted Blizzard's latest Hearthside Chat about the even-and-odd-cost decks.
