1923: Peter Stormare, Tim Dekay, Amelia Rico Join Yellowstone Prequel

Earlier this week, fans were treated to the official trailer for Taylor Sheridan & Paramount+'s highly-anticipated prequel spinoff series 1923: A Yellowstone Origin Story. Starring Academy Award nominee Harrison Ford (Jacob Dutton) & Academy Award winner Helen Mirren (Cara Dutton), the series explores the early twentieth century when pandemics, historic drought, the end of Prohibition & the Great Depression all plagued the mountain west… where the Duttons call home. Now, thanks to Variety, we're learning who else is set to join Ford & Mirren when the series debuts next month. Peter Stormare (Fargo, The Big Lebowski, American Gods), Tim Dekay (Oppenheimer, White Collar), and Amelia Rico (Dark Winds, Yellowstone) have been tapped for recurring roles. Stormare's Lucca is a weathered but wise sailor, tanned from decades on the ocean, his accent a soup of a thousand dialects. Dekay's Bob Strafford is a Montana rancher who's anticipating an imminent wedding between his daughter and one of the Duttons. Rico's Issaxche is a Crow woman hoping to reunite with her family.
