The Always Sunny Video Podcast Debuts with "The Gang Runs for Office"

Well, it's Monday, January 24th, and The Always Sunny Podcast team of Rob McElhenney, Glenn Howerton, Charlie Day, and Megan Ganz kept their promise. After watching the audio podcast grow to include more and more "visual aides" like images as well as small video clips, the podcast series debuted the first episode of its new video podcast series with a look at S02E08 "The Gang Runs for Office." In a grand scheme to make money, The Gang devises a plan to run for office so that they'll be bribed to quit. What follows is a great exchange between Dennis (Howerton) and Charlie (Day) over Charlie's speech "writing" skills, Mac (McElhenney) learning the hard way that words hurt, Frank (Danny DeVito) looking to pimp out Dee (Kaitlin Olson), and a ton more in a classic episode.

Here's a look back at Howerton winning over the video podcast-watching audience (especially the 18-49 FC ("F**king Creep") Demo), with The Always Sunny Podcast (video edition) premiering its first episode today (you can check out "The Gang Runs for Office" here and subscribe to the YouTube channel here). And let's not forget about the original audio podcast, with an audio version of the episode here:

Now here's a look at the bloopers videos that were released previously by FX Networks. With the release of the blooper reel for Season 15, we are now down to only three seasons left to have a perfect set (Seasons 1, 6 & 9). Keep watching this space because we're not letting up until we're 15-for-15:
