Ultimate Spider-Man #160 To Be PolybaggedThe final issue of the Death Of Spider-Man arc in Ultimate Spider-Man will be polybagged – just as with Fantastic Four#587 to hide the ending from being flicked through instore or presale.

Ultimate Spider-Man #160 will be published in July and threatens to be the last issue, you know, alive. Unless of course there is a twist. A twist that must be hidden by a polybag.

And also to increase interest and sales. More of a ploybag if you ask me.
