A Little Monday Evening Marvel And DC Gossip

Looks like Captain Marvel will be gone, unless an upcoming Avengers Assemble mini-crossover can lift sales enough.

Winter Soldier is also for the chop by the summer.

Look for new Marvel projects from Mike Perkins, Dexter Soy and Billy Tan.

The artist on the second arc of Sam Humpries' Uncanny X-Force has bveen described to me as "very very interesting."

Talking of which, expect a barrage of guest artists over twelve upcoming issues of Avengers.

And the Big Bas for this summer's Spider-Man big event storyline?

Norman Osborn. Well, I suppose it's been a while since he was in every Marvel comic…

Look for a Red Robin, Martian Manhunter, Superman/Batman, DC Comics Presents and Brave and Bold to enter the 52 arena sooner than later.

Bryan Hitch was offered a Batman/Superman book in the New 52 written by Brad Meltzer. So it's definitely in the air…
