Is Skullkickers The New Chew?I understand that a week before the new Skullkickers #1 ships to stores from Image Comics, the creative team have already created and signed off the cover to a second print.

Bleeding Cool tipped the comic as a possible item for comics speculation, based on a high media profile coupled with relatively low orders at retail. It appears that the overprint on the title has already been sucked up by high pre-sale reorders from retailers trying to catch up, and so Image is hoping that the retailer whose orders it can't now fill with a first print, will now order the second.

Expect news of a sell out and a subsequent second print next week.

In other news, Morning Glories #1, the last book we tipped in this fashion, is now selling on eBay for up to $40.
