When Boom Burned Hundreds Of Copies Of Valen The Outcast #1 – Plus Preview
Yesterday, Bleeding Cool reported how today's Valen The Outcast Joe Juski 1-200 cover variant was rather… limited. That only 25 were going to qualifying stores who ordered the required amount. And that the rest of the 500 print run would be burned.
Some people thought that was a joke. Well, yesterday, they actually did it. Here we have writer Michael Alan Nelson and Boom! staffers setting the remaining print run on fire.
Yup, a good old fashioned book burning. And with each flame licking along the stapled edges, those remaining 25 copies get more and more scarce
