Killing Off Boba Fett. Oh Go On, Just Do It

Dark Horse have been on a bit of a roll recently with their Star Wars comics. Their Darth Vader series did pretty well but their Origins of the Jedi knocked it out of the park, with rising eBay prices and third prints on the way.

Something tells me they're about to do it again with their next series, Blood Ties – Boba Fett Is Dead.

In which, as they say, Boba Fett is dead. Possibly. Okay, he looks alive below, but that can't last long, did you see the name of the comic?

The last time Star Wars actually spinoffs did this with a major character was Chewbacca in the novels, twelve years ago. It sold rather well. Could this comic be about to break those records?
