Dark Horse Comics Promotes 8 Editors And Hires 1 More
Ever since DC Comics moved coasts from West to East Coast, there have been pressure on West Coast comic book publisher jobs. Since there's suddenly a shiny new well funded LA based publisher in town.
And whether this is connected or not, there have been a few rounds of promotions at places like Oni Press, Boom and IDW. And now, after the retirement of Diana Schutz from the company, Dark Horse ups a bunch of people's pay grades and even recruits.
Here are the bumped up boys and girls:
Dave Marshall, Senior Editor (previously Editor)
Philip Simon, Senior Editor (previously Editor)
Daniel Chabon, Editor (previously Associate Editor)
Jim Gibbons, Editor (previously Associate Editor)
Brendan Wright, Editor (previously Associate Editor)
Patrick Thorpe, Editor (previously Associate Editor)
Shantel LaRocque, Associate Editor (previously Assistant Editor)
Aaron Walker, Associate Editor (previously Assistant Editor)
And welcome to
Katii O'Brien, Assistant Editor, who comes to Dark Horse after being a Project Manager at Marketing By Design.
Congratulations all!
