DC Comics To Publish New Wonder Woman Comic For The UN, And Gal Gadot Calls For Lynda Carter To Be The President Of The USA (VIDEO)

Today, the United Nations promoted gender equality with Wonder Woman, on the occasion of her 75th birthday, making her an honorary ambassador of the UN, for the empowerment of women and girls.

With speeches by Lynda Carter, Gal Gadot, DC President Diane Nelson and more. Nelson talked about Warners and DC providing resources for Wonder Woman to raise awareness of gender equality.

Nelson announced that in 2017 DC Comics will publish a new Wonder Woman comic to tell the story of empowerment, peace, justice and equality available worldwide in multiple languages simultaneously, the first time in DC's history. The character of Wonder Woman will be made available for UN agencies to use.

She pointed out that the Injustice Gods Amongs Us comic had Wonder Woman as a Secretary General and Lois Lane as President. But after a talk  by Lynda Certer on the importance and history of Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot called on Lynda Carter to stand for President of the USA…
