DC Comics Makes Batman/Superman #1, Lois Lane #2 and Doom Patrol #2 Returnable… Mostly
DC Comics has made the first issue of the new Batman/Superman comic book series by Joshua Williamson and David Marquez returnable for comic book retailers. as long as they match or exceed 150% of their orders on Heroes In Crisis #1. Those who do so will be eligible to make stripped cover returns at a later date. While non-US comic stores may submit an affidavit of destruction in place of making stripped cover returns. The comic has slipped two weeks, it is now on sale on August 28th. And DC states that Batman/Superman #2 will also be returnable in a similar fashion.
Also, as promised, Lois Lane #2 will be made partially returnable. Stores who match or exceed 75% of their orders on Action Comics #1006 will be eligible to make returns of 50% half of their order at a later date. While, again, non-US comic stores may submit an affidavit of destruction in place of making stripped cover returns. And DC states that Batman/Superman #2 will also be returnable in a similar fashion.
Doom Patrol: The Weight Of The Worlds #2 will also let retailers make it partially returnable too. Stores who match or exceed 75% of their orders on Young Justice #3 will be eligible to make returns of 50% half of their order at a later date. While, again, non-US comic stores may submit an affidavit of destruction in place of making stripped cover returns.
