A Wrestler, a Power Ranger, and R.L. Stine Walk Into New York Comic Con…

BOOM! Studios has announced its programming schedule for New York Comic Con, where the publisher will be setting up shop and bringing with them with them "special guests including a WWE Superstar, former Power Rangers, best-selling novelists and diverse lineup of talent from BOOM! Studios award-winning graphic fiction lineup." Exactly which WWE Superstar, which Power Rangers, and which best-selling novelists will be present (though R.L. Stine will be at a panel), but it looks like BOOM! isn't messing around at Comic Con this year. Come at them, bro! (Booth #1838)

Thursday, October 4th
ENTERTAINMENT IS LGBTQ

BOOM! Studios and GLAAD present an in-depth roundtable discussion about LGBTQ representation in pop culture and the path forward to a brighter, more inclusive future, with special guests from all corners of the entertainment world including Marguerite Bennett (Writer, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), Phil Jimenez (Artist, Wonder Woman), Andy Mientus (CW's The Flash; The Backstagers and The Ghost Light), Lilah Sturges (Writer, Lumberjanes: The Infernal Compass), Megan Townsend (Director of Entertainment Research & Analysis, GLAAD) and more.
