The Story of Superman's Statue as Dan Jurgens Says Goodbye [Action Comics Special Spoilers]
It was only the other day in Action Comics #1000 that we noticed that someone had chiselled the trunks back onto the statue of Superman in Centennial Park, Metropolis.
As opposed to his New 52 version. Given him a bigger chin, different belt, and a thicker torso as well.
All that fuss, but as Dan Jurgens writes his final Superman story, how does he say goodbye?
By smashing it to pieces. Oh, and also destroying an All-Star Superman theory in the process. Double whammy on his way out.
